We can personalize a wide range of items, including apparel (shirts, hats, jackets, bags), promotional merchandise, and specialty items. If you have something unique in mind, just asK. We’ll let you know if it’s suitable for embroidery or printing.

Yes, clients may provide their own items. However, please note that mistakes or mechanical issues may occur. While our machines are serviced regularly, we cannot be held responsible for damage to client-provided items. If a replacement is needed, we will source the lowest-cost option available, and the client will be responsible for the replacement. If we provide the item, we will replace it at wholesale cost, free of charge.

Typical turnaround time is 7–14 business days after final artwork approval, depending on the size of the order and item availability. Rush orders may be available—just let us know your deadline.

There are no minimums.

Absolutely! We’re happy to recommend popular promotional products and apparel options that fit your brand, budget, and audience. Kara specializes in textiles/merchandising. She is also a golf professional and has tried every polo known to man.

There is a $75 rush fee for items needed in 3 days or less. If you’re on a tight deadline, let us know right away. We’ll do everything possible to expedite your order, depending on item availability and production schedule. We do NOT provide 24-hour turnaround.
