Clients are welcome to provide their own items; however, please note that mistakes or mechanical issues may occur during the process. While my machine is serviced regularly and maintained to professional standards, I cannot be held responsible for any damage or mechanical failure involving client-provided items.

If a client-provided item needs to be replaced, I will replace it at the lowest available cost, and the client will be responsible for that expense. If I supply the item, any necessary replacement will be provided at wholesale cost and at no additional charge to the customer.
